Dr Oso brings two decades of investment and operating experience across private equity, healthcare finance, and corporate leadership roles. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at MAX and held investment roles at Actis and The Abraaj Group, where he led transactions across multiple sectors in emerging markets. He leads investment strategy, due diligence, capital structuring, and governance.

Femi is an experienced operator with a strong record of scaling technology, mobility, and digital businesses across Africa and Europe. His leadership roles at MAX, Bolt, and Treatwell span commercial expansion, enterprise partnerships, operational performance, and digital transformation. He leads the operational turnaround and growth agenda across portfolio companies.

Bolu is a commercially driven legal, regulatory, and governance professional with extensive experience advising high-growth companies, financial institutions, and public sector projects. His expertise encompasses contract negotiation, compliance systems, ESG advisory services, M&A support, and structuring public-private partnerships across West Africa. He ensures disciplined legal frameworks, risk management, and governance across acquisitions.

Partner, Strategy & International Growth
David is a global strategy and expansion specialist with experience across Africa, the Middle East, and the United States. He has led cross-border expansion, regulatory engagement, and market entry strategies for technology and mobility ventures. His analytical and strategic background, including roles at Goldman Sachs and Eventide Asset Management, strengthens the firm’s ability to evaluate opportunities and scale portfolio companies regionally.
